Don’t you just love when you discover a new beer? I sure do. Picked this one solely on the name. Bed Head Red. I hadn’t heard of the brewery either. These guys, Lager Heads Brewing, are out of Medina, Ohio… coincidentally not that far from us. #bonus
This beer had me after the first sip. It is so, so good. It’s got a deep, rich red color and nice short lasting head and a hint of caramel. But the drinkability is over the top, so much so I had to more. Maybe 2 more with dinner?
It was another night out at Shy Cellars for a birthday celebration. Everyone was in agreement that this beer was fantastic. There is a road trip planned in the very near future to the Lager Heads Brewing Company.
